Service Manager – Jim Riehl's Friendly Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Romeo

Jim Riehl's Friendly Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Romeo is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department. If you're a hands-on leader who knows how to drive CSI, hit fixed ops targets, and build a team that customers trust, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and technician productivity

Recruit, train, and manage service advisors and technicians

Set and achieve department goals for revenue, gross profit, and customer satisfaction (CSI)

Ensure proper handling of warranty and recall work in line with Stellantis/FCA standards

Oversee communication of parts ordering, shop efficiency, and equipment upkeep

Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve concerns promptly

Monitor key performance metrics and report results to dealership leadership

Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and manufacturer guidelines

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager at a franchised dealership (Stellantis/FCA brand experience preferred)

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Solid understanding of fixed ops financials (labor rates, gross profit, effective labor rate, etc.)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

ASE certifications a plus
