We are looking for a highly motivated leader to join our Pest Control division. Become part of our supportive team environment in Agawam, Massachusetts! Candidates must have experience in general pest control and hold a valid supervisor license in Connecticut for categories 7A, 7B, 7F, and 7D, or an equivalent license from another state.

Management skills are required!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help develop and implement our General Pest Division.

Train technicians.

Apply pesticides to landscaping, homes, or businesses according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.

Drive company vehicle to customers' houses or places of business.

Complete required production forms.

Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Must be licensed with CT Supervisor categories 7A, 7B, 7F and 7D License or equivalent from another state

Must be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.

Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Must be a minimum age of 18 years old.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Must have a positive service attitude

Must have experience as a service manager and trainer in pest control\

Pay: Salary Position starting at $55,000, plus bonuses

Schedule:

Day shift

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
