    Water Treatment Equipment, Inc. (WTE) is looking for a motivated and dedicated leader to join our team as a Service Manager. WTE is a Culligan franchise and Culligan continues to be an industry leader in Commercial and Residential water treatment and filtration systems. WTE has been in business for over 60 years and is a mutigenerational family owned and operated company.

    Responsibilities:

    · Supervise and support Service Technicians, Plumbers and Drivers

    · Oversee service orders and scheduling

    · Create and foster a successful work environment that promotes positive morale, productivity and employee development and resolve any staff conflicts or issues

    · Assist in recruiting, training and evaluating employees

    · Monitor and enforce performance standards through jobsite visits to ensure high quality service delivery

    · Foster team culture of excellence, growth and collaboration

    · Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure workplace safety standards

    · Identify revenue opportunities

    · Maintain high level of customer services by handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

    · Improve customer satisfaction and retention

    · Develop strategies for continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction

    · Manage fleet maintenance

    · Optimize efficiency by consolidating/automating job duties wherever possible

    · Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Customer Service to align strategy and resolve issues

    Qualifications:

    · 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience

    · Water treatment or plumbing experience preferred

    · Skilled communicator who can build trust across teams, customers and leadership

    · Exceptional planning and time management skills and the ability to work unsupervised

    · Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn field service software

    · Valid driver’s license

    Benefits:

    · Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000
