    HVAC Service Manager

    Location: Orlando, FL

    $75,000–$85,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Growth Opportunity Company Vehicle Provided

    Our client has been serving Florida homeowners for more than 40 years and continues to grow. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager who can lead technicians, drive performance, improve customer satisfaction, and help scale one of the strongest residential service departments in the state.

    This is an opportunity for a proven leader who enjoys developing technicians, improving operational efficiency, and creating a culture of accountability and customer service.

     

    What You'll Do

    ? Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential HVAC Service Technicians.

    ? Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, and ongoing technician development.

    ? Drive revenue through technician coaching, service excellence, and opportunity management.

    ? Monitor KPIs including revenue, average ticket, conversion rates, callbacks, customer satisfaction, and technician productivity.

    ? Partner with Dispatch and Operations to maximize technician efficiency and customer response times.

    ? Review estimates, service performance, and customer concerns to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

    ? Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain top HVAC talent.

    ? Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. ? Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company standards and safety guidelines.

     

    What We're Looking For

    ? Previous experience leading residential HVAC service technicians.

    ? Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

    ? Experience managing technician performance and driving operational results.

    ? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.

    ? Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. ? Ability to analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve team performance.

    ? Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    Preferred Qualifications

    ? Residential HVAC service management experience.

    ? Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software.

    ? Strong understanding of residential service operations.

    ? Experience coaching technicians to identify replacement opportunities and transition qualified leads to Comfort Advisors.

    The compensation for this position is expected to range between $75,000 - $85,000 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
