ServiceMaster Clean is looking to fill a part-time position within our office to support our Human Resources and Operations departments. The ideal candidate to fill this position will be a detail orientated, quick learner with excellent communication and forward thinking skills.

Your administrative role will consist of managing various HR and Operational duties to keep our business running smoothly. Such duties to include contract formation, recruitment paperwork, and completing employee documentation. Assisting in the hiring process, ordering company supplies and ensuring compliance of company policies. Reply to emails, take phone calls and answer employee questions. Keeping the office clean and welcoming. Striving to do whatever it takes to ensure we continue to be one of the best janitorial companies in the area.

Skills and requirements:

Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills

Good problem-solving skills and forward thinking

Proven excellence as an office assistant, HR administrator or in another relevant position

Basic knowledge of the recruitment process.

Thorough knowledge of labor relations and laws.

Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone

Familiarity with common procedures and basic account principles used in the office

Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal applications

Knowledge of social media platforms for advertising purposes

Flexibility and willingness to learn at all times.

Hours:

1st Shift - Approx. 20 hours per week

Can be flexible with days and times
