    Compensation: $25–$35 per hour + Biannual Performance Bonus

    Overview

    A small industrial services contractor is seeking a highly organized Service Operations Coordinator to support field technicians and manage daily operational workflow. This role requires experience within a contractor or trade-based environment and the ability to manage multiple administrative and logistical responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate scheduling and logistical support for field technicians
    • Order materials and assist with procurement for service-related work
    • Receive and track job materials and related documentation
    • Maintain service paperwork including time sheets, reports, purchase orders, and job records
    • Support compliance documentation such as insurance certificates, vehicle records, and certifications
    • Utilize QuickBooks Online or similar job-tracking systems to monitor service activity
    • Prepare basic service-related documentation and internal reports
    • Communicate with customers to ensure smooth coordination and positive service experience

    Ideal Background

    • Experience working within a mechanical, industrial, HVAC, plumbing, or trade contractor environment
    • Familiarity with service coordination or project administrative support
    • Exposure to QuickBooks Online or similar accounting/job-cost tracking systems
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Professional communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
    • Ability to operate effectively within a small team environment
