About the Role
We’re looking for a Service Operations Coordinator to join our Service Department and help keep everything running smoothly. In this role, you’ll work directly under the Service Manager and act as the central hub between our technicians, parts coordinators, and customers.
What You’ll Do
- Dispatch residential and commercial service technicians to ensure timely and efficient scheduling.
- Support parts coordinators by assisting with bids, sourcing materials, and tracking orders.
- Learn and manage contract P&Ls, and review work order P&Ls for large service jobs to improve future bids.
- Assist with commercial contract bidding as you grow in the role.
- Onboard new customers, ensuring accurate account setup and smooth communication.
- Handle accounts receivable tasks and general administrative functions for the service department.
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and reports to keep the team aligned.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in service operations, dispatching, or project coordination (HVAC or similar industry preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with office tools and service management software.
- Bonus points for experience with financial reviews or contract administration
