About the Role
This position ensures all service jobs are billed accurately, job costing is precise, and financial workflows are synchronized with QuickBooks, FieldEdge, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & Job Costing
Bill 100% of service jobs within 24–48 hours.
Ensure accurate labor, materials, and margin tracking.
Reconcile service job costing weekly.
Financial Reporting
Provide weekly service profitability reporting to the CFO and CEO.
Track variances, unbilled work, and profitability concerns.
Support collections by ensuring proper documentation.
Systems Alignment
Ensure FieldEdge and QuickBooks match on coding, invoicing, and job costing.
Work closely with the Bookkeeper to maintain clean financial data.
Qualifications
2–4 years bookkeeping, finance, or A/R experience
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Experience with QuickBooks Online and service management systems
Experience in electrical or trades service a plus
