Service Operator

We are looking for reliable and friendly Service Operators to join our restaurant team. This is a part-time position focused on providing excellent customer service and supporting day-to-day restaurant operations.

Pay: $18.00 per hour Employment Type: Part-Time

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional service to customers

Take customer orders and assist with food and beverage service

Serve beer and wine in accordance with restaurant policies and applicable regulations

Assist with preparing and maintaining the dining and service areas

Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitary

Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties as needed

Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a positive guest experience

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must be willing and available to work weekends and/or nights

Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a restaurant environment

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work as part of a team

Certifications

Having a valid California Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification is preferred but not required at the time of application.

Candidates who are hired will be required to obtain the necessary Food Handler and RBS certifications as applicable to their position.

Preferred

Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience

Valid driver's license and ability to drive is a plus, but not required
