The Senior Sales Engineer will work closely with Business Development, Sales and Product Management throughout the pre & post sales process. Primary responsibilities include technical support to sales and business development teams on IDEMIA NSS Video Analytic Solutions. In addition, this position will add education of success stories and practices in an ongoing basis with all of the sales & business development team. Demonstrating IDEMIA NSS Video Analytics Solutions, both in virtual and live meetings is required to ensure that our Business Development & Sales teams have the technical support they need throughout the sales cycle.
Our Sales Engineer will stay up to date on the best practices for deploying IDEMIA Video Analytics solutions, bringing that information to the business development & sales organization, as well as our prospects, in order to evangelize and champion IDEMIA Video Analytics in the minds of our prospects and clients. A good balance between strong presentation skills as well as technical acumen on the solution is a plus and training will be provided.
This role requires an ability to learn quickly as well as to contribute and collaborate with all levels of the organization. This role will provide the opportunity to stay technical on industry leading technology as well as engaging customers and prospects to ensure an understanding on prospect and customer requirements.
This role will also work closely with IDEMIA Product Management to ensure that prospect and customer requirements are considered into the product roadmap.

Must have experience with network analysis and network troubleshooting techniques.
