Service Plumber Description: 1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing emergency plumbing start-up that provides services to both commercial and residential properties.

The Plumber/Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the territory.

We are looking for a service plumber of any experience level. However, compensation will vary depending on experience.

Qualifications:

When given state-of-the-art equipment, able to consistently generate a minimum of $25,000 in revenue and perform excellent work.

Able to perform daily responsibilities listed below

Responsibilities:

Maintain consistent communication with dispatch

Have a PL01 or PL02 License (preferred but not required)

Conducting plumbing service calls for residential and light commercial clients.

Diagnosing and resolving various plumbing issues, such as drain clogs, pipe leaks, and fixture problems.

Installing and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures, including water heaters and sump pumps.

Perform excellent customer service

Perform excellent quality work

Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle

Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies

Most importantly, be the team member everyone wants to work with!

Work environment:

Focus is on service and repair, rather than new construction.

Workdays may include regular meetings, such as on Tuesdays and Fridays.

A typical workweek is around 35 hours.
