Position: Plumber Helper / Apprentice Job Type: Full-Time Schedule:

8-12-hour shifts

On-call availability required

Weekend availability

Position Summary

1-Tom-Plumber is looking for a motivated and reliable Plumber Helper/Apprentice who is eager to learn the plumbing trade from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a long-term career in plumbing — no formal experience is required, but any hands-on or mechanical experience is a plus.

What You'll Do:

Work alongside experienced plumbers in various service areas, including:

Residential plumbing

Commercial plumbing

Drain cleaning

Excavation and underground work

Learn how to diagnose and repair plumbing systems

Assist in loading/unloading tools, preparing job sites, and cleaning up

Support team members with equipment handling and basic labor tasks

Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
