Duties & Responsibilities:

Diagnose plumbing issues accurately

Present repair and replacement options professionally

Deliver excellent customer experience

Generate service and replacement opportunities

Educate customers on solutions and memberships

Perform plumbing repairs and service work

Maintain clean and professional work areas

Properly document work performed

Collect job photos and customer signatures

Identify larger install opportunities for management follow-up

Recommend preventative solutions when appropriate

Maintain truck organization and inventory

Follow company pricing and operational standards

You’ll Be a Fit If:

You hold a current CT Journeyman (P2) Plumber license or equivalent (P6, G2, and etc.) minimum

Extensive Service Plumbing experience in-lieu of license will be considered

You have a valid driver’s license and clean background

You value customer service, teamwork, and craftsmanship.

Service Titan and straight-forward flat rate pricing experience a plus
