In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems for commercial and residential customers while delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: Install, assemble, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures. Troubleshoot and repair water supply, drain, waste, vent, gas, and piping systems. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and applicable plumbing codes. Install, maintain, and repair commercial sewer and septic systems as required. Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on plumbing systems. Prepare material lists, service documentation, and repair estimates. Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommended solutions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and established safety procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. This position is safety-sensitive. Qualifications: Compensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Previous experience in commercial and/or residential plumbing is preferred. Apprentice or Journeyman Plumbing License, or the ability to obtain one, is preferred (if applicable). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of the position, including climbing ladders, kneeling, and working in confined spaces. OSHA 10 certification is preferred and required after hire if not currently held. Compensation: $33 - $34 hourly
