About the Role

Medworks is hiring a Service Representative to join our Washington-based field team. In this critical hands-on role, you'll work with fellow Medworks teammates and surgical staff to deliver, set up, operate, and support medical lasers and surgical equipment before and during procedures.

You'll play an essential role in the operating room—helping ensure that every case proceeds safely and smoothly. Whether you're troubleshooting equipment, providing real-time technical support, or preparing for the next case, you'll be making a real difference in surgical outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Deliver, set up, and calibrate surgical lasers and equipment
• Operate and monitor equipment during procedures
• Troubleshoot technical issues and make minor repairs
• Train hospital staff in safe equipment use
• Track equipment usage and maintain required documentation
• Ensure a laser-safe and aseptic environment in the OR
• Build strong professional relationships with hospital teams

What We're Looking For

• You live within ~70 miles of Spokane, WA
• You're comfortable driving several hours across the state as needed
• You're dependable, respectful, and technically curious
• You thrive in high-pressure environments like surgical settings

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Healthcare or OR environments
• Technical support or customer service
• Equipment repair, delivery, or logistics

Schedule & Travel

• Monday–Friday
• Occasional on-call
• Frequent regional travel within Washington
• 1–2 week initial training in Richmond, VA (fully covered by Medworks)
