    SALES PROFESSIONAL

    Service Rite Freight Inc offers warehousing and logistics services to Manufacturing and Distributors. Our state-of-the-art bonded facility offers 60,000 sq feet storage in the heart of Houston, TX. Our systems and processes help our clients always decrease their costs and track goods. Together, we are driven to finding a candidate that can successfully make an impact to the growth of our planned expansion, nation- wide.

    We are looking for a high-performing Sales Professional, to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. responsible for generating new business opportunities and meet sales goals by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, and cold calling. More specifically, this role will work with our material handling equipment business unit to sell service and maintenance to new and existing customers.

    You will participate and lead in client and prospect meetings as well as work cross- functionally with Department Head and Corporate resources as required.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    ·       Achieve growth and hit sales targets Drive and manage the entire sales process. This includes targeting top prospects; Identifying client solutions; negotiating; and closing.

    ·       Act as a "solutions expert" consultant in helping partners with their unique critical business issues and strategic initiatives.

    ·       Work with senior management to establish a clear and effective plan for growing the customer base.

    ·       Work with sales teams to share ideas, knowledge, and new business development strategies.

    ·       Utilize company CRM to provide visibility and effectively communicate activity in assigned territory.

    ·       Strategize on social media selling opportunities.

    ·       Attend company training programs and accompany other associates or managers during ride along in order to learn job skills.

    ·       Prepare appropriate specifications and level of service expectations in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policies.

    ·       Calculate correct job costs & market-based pricing for solutions. Prepare estimates.

    ·       Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education:

    ·   Bachelor's (Preferred)

    Experience:

    ·       Sales management with warehousing/logistics operations: 3 years (required)

    ·       Customer service experience: 3 years (required)

    ·       Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    Skills:

    ·       Proven record of prospecting and cold calling to achieve new customer acquisition

    ·       Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills

    ·       Excellent negotiation skills
