    Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative
    Compensation: $65-75,000 – $140-150,000+ annually (Base + Commission)
    Location: Nashville market

Join a growing, Tennessee-based commercial roofing contractor known for tackling everything from massive new construction projects to complex tear-offs, full re-roofs, exterior renovations, and ongoing maintenance on every major commercial roof system.

    We’re looking for a driven Commercial Roofing Service Sales Professional who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and creating long-term value for clients. In this role, you’ll be the go-to roofing expert for regional customers—developing new service revenue streams, expanding existing accounts, and becoming a trusted advisor for facility teams.

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop and grow local/regional service sales with both new and existing clients.

    • Drive business development through prospecting, cold calling, B2B networking, and industry events.

    • Perform onsite evaluations of BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC, shingle, and metal systems.

    • Present smart, solutions-based recommendations—repair, restoration, and replacement options—to help clients protect and maximize their assets.

    • Partner with Operations to review proposals, strategize solutions, and close service opportunities.

    • Leverage historical project data and customer lists to schedule inspections and generate new revenue.

    • Manage your own territory (within a 150-mile radius) by organizing outreach and follow-up activities.

    • Build strong relationships with local facility managers, property teams, and decision-makers.

    • Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with clients and internal leadership.

    • Perform additional duties and project support as needed.

    What You Bring

    • 2–3 years of experience in commercial roofing sales (service or re-roof preferred).

    • Strong understanding of roof systems and repair applications.

    • Proven sales or business development background in a related industry.

    • Solid communication, organization, and time-management skills.

    • Comfort working outdoors and completing roof/access inspections (climbing ladders, stairs, etc.).

    • Ability to take direction, explain technical details to clients, and maintain safety standards (PPE/fall protection).

    • A team-oriented mindset aligned with core company values.

    • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
