    Position Overview
    We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Commercial Roofing Service Sales Manager to join a growing location backed by a well-established, large organization. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with proven leadership experience who is ready to make an immediate impact, both in driving revenue and leading a team.

    This position will begin as a hands-on sales role with a strong focus on business development and revenue growth, while also providing leadership and direction to an existing team. As the service division continues to expand, this individual will take on greater leadership responsibilities, helping to develop, mentor, and scale the team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive new business development within commercial roofing service markets (inspection, emergency repair, warranty assurance, preventive maintenance, tenant alteration, restoration coating
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, and building owners
    • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the service division revenue
    • Lead by example with a “player-coach” mentality, actively selling while managing and mentoring others
    • Manage, coach, and develop a team of 2 service sales representatives
    • Track sales performance, set goals, and hold team members accountable to KPIs
    • Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and scalable growth within the branch

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing service sales
    • Demonstrated leadership experience (formal or informal) with a track record of mentoring or managing others
    • Proven ability to generate revenue and develop new business
    • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
    • Self-starter mindset with a passion for growth and building something long-term
