  • Responsibilities

    Our client is seeking an experienced Service Sales Manager to grow their commercial roofing service and maintenance division in Austin. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role ideal for someone with deep industry knowledge and a strong book of business in commercial roofing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leverage existing relationships to drive sales of service and maintenance contracts

    • Conduct roof inspections and recommend repair and maintenance solutions

    • Prepare accurate bids and proposals for commercial clients

    • Collaborate with operations and service crews to ensure client satisfaction

    • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility leaders, and building owners

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of commercial roofing sales experience, with strong technical knowledge of low-slope systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.)

    • Familiarity with additional roofing systems like tile, slate, metal, and shingle (preferred)

    • Proficient in blueprint reading, estimating, and bid preparation

    • Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and roofing-specific platforms like Dataforma or The Edge

    • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of hitting sales targets independently
