Our client is seeking an experienced Service Sales Manager to grow their commercial roofing service and maintenance division in Austin. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role ideal for someone with deep industry knowledge and a strong book of business in commercial roofing.
Responsibilities:
Leverage existing relationships to drive sales of service and maintenance contracts
Conduct roof inspections and recommend repair and maintenance solutions
Prepare accurate bids and proposals for commercial clients
Collaborate with operations and service crews to ensure client satisfaction
Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility leaders, and building owners
Requirements:
5+ years of commercial roofing sales experience, with strong technical knowledge of low-slope systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.)
Familiarity with additional roofing systems like tile, slate, metal, and shingle (preferred)
Proficient in blueprint reading, estimating, and bid preparation
Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and roofing-specific platforms like Dataforma or The Edge
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of hitting sales targets independently
