We are looking for an experienced Commercial Service Electrician who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and taking pride in solving problems for customers.

This role is ideal for electricians who prefer variety, independence, and steady year-round work rather than being tied to one long project

What This Job Is

• Service work and small commercial electrical projects • Troubleshooting and solving electrical issues in the field • Independent service work with support from our team • Working directly with customers

The Type of Work You’ll Do

• Commercial office buildings • Warehouses and distribution centers • Schools and public facilities • Healthcare and medical buildings • Industrial facilities • Tenant improvement projects • Commercial service and troubleshooting work

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in commercial and industrial environments • Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems including panels, circuits, lighting, and controls • Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and construction drawings • Test electrical systems and circuit continuity using diagnostic equipment • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency • Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local building codes • Communicate clearly with customers and maintain a professional jobsite presence • Document work performed, materials used, and recommended follow-up work • Coordinate with project managers and team members to complete work efficiently • Follow all company safety standards and proper PPE requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience • California General Electrician Certification preferred • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Ability to work independently and manage service calls • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Professional communication and customer service skills • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
