Role Description The Service Specialist is a part time position that provide excellent customer experience, understands customers' needs, and appropriate product and service offerings. This role supports the insurance agency by welcoming customers and setting expectations of established agency practices.
Responsibilities
Responds to prospective clients as well as customer inquiries, daily, regarding coverages, billing, claims, or products
Provides personalized, professional customer service experiences by building trust and being consistent
Serves as a liaison on behalf of the customer
Schedules appointments with existing or prospective customers for agency co workers
Qualifications
Job contingent based on passed property, casualty and life insurance license ahead of first day of employment.
Ability to work independently
Customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software
Flexible work from home options available.
