Job Summary The Service Specialist provide excellent customer experience, understands customers' needs, and appropriate product and service offerings. This role supports insurance agency by welcoming customers and setting expectations of established agency practices. Also, promotes brand awareness through participation in agency and community events.
Responsibilities
Responds to prospective clients as well as customer inquiries, daily, regarding coverages, billing, claims, or products by following established agency processes
Provides personalized, professional customer service experiences by building trust and being consistent in established agency processes.
Serves as a liaison on behalf of the customer
Schedules appointments with existing or prospective customers for agency co workers
Qualifications
Job contingent based on passed property, casualty and life insurance license ahead of first day of employment.
Ability to work independently to set priorities and organize work
Demonstrated customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Experience with PC software applications
Flexible work from home options available.
