JOB TITLE: Hospitality Service Team Member PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: We're looking for a part-time team member to enhance our host, food running and service team. A qualified individual would be willing to take part in any of the positions and we're always looking to elevate team members who show a strong promise in a particular area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, radiating warmth and hospitality.

Seat servers' sections in a balanced manner, following rotation whenever possible.

Guide guests to their tables and introduce them to their designated server.

Stay informed about table availability, both indoors and outdoors, for effective seating arrangements.

Efficiently manage the waitlist to ensure a smooth flow of guests.

Assist in light bussing and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

Foster clear communication with other hosts, servers, and managers.

Answer phone calls, handle carryout orders, and provide excellent service over the phone.

Express gratitude to guests for choosing our establishment and bid them a warm farewell.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.

Time management and organizational skills for smooth operations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have reliable means of transportation.

Ability to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift.
