Typical earnings range from $200.00 – $400.00 per day equivalent
After-hours, emergency, or expedited projects may qualify for premium pay (up to double rate depending on project requirements)
Additional performance-based bonuses may be offered based on productivity, quality, and reliability

Position Overview
The Service Technician is responsible for the installation, modification, and dismantling of temporary containment systems at active job sites.
This role requires prior hands-on experience, strong work ethic, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, safety-sensitive environments. Technicians are expected to follow detailed instructions, meet project timelines, and maintain a professional presence on-site.
This is not a general labor position. Candidates must have relevant field experience and be comfortable working with tools, materials, and jobsite protocols.
Scope of Work
Technicians will be assigned to projects that may include, but are not limited to:
Installation of temporary containment wall systems
Setup and sealing of dust containment barriers
Assistance with negative air machine setup (as required)
Dismantling and removal of containment systems
Site protection, cleanliness, and debris management
Transport and handling of materials and equipment
Work environments may include:
Healthcare facilities (ICRA-controlled environments)
Commercial construction sites
Occupied and operational buildings
Schools and government facilities
Key Responsibilities
Load, transport, and unload materials between warehouse and job sites
Execute installation and dismantling of containment systems according to company standards and project specifications
Follow ICRA protocols and site-specific safety requirements
Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
Properly use, maintain, and store tools and equipment
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and site contacts
Complete required pre-job and post-job documentation (e.g., work-prep memos, checklists)
Represent the company professionally while on client job sites

Scheduling & Availability
Work is project-based and scheduled as needed
Assignments may include:
Day shifts
Night shifts
Weekend work
On-call or short-notice projects
Flexibility and responsiveness to scheduling requests are highly valued
Performance & Incentives
Technicians may qualify for additional incentives based on:
Efficient and timely project completion
Adherence to safety and quality standards
No client issues, damages, or callbacks
Strong attendance and reliability record
High-performing technicians may be considered for Core Crew designation, which provides priority scheduling and consistent work opportunities.
Attendance & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled project may result in temporary deprioritization for future assignments
No-call / no-show incidents may result in removal from active technician scheduling and Core Crew eligibility
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant field experience in construction, restoration, installation, or similar trades
Ability to lift, carry, and handle heavy materials on a daily basis
Valid driver’s license
Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites
Ability to work in physically demanding environments (standing, lifting, bending, extended hours)
Willingness to pass background checks and obtain site-specific clearances (e.g., hospitals, schools, government facilities)
Compliance with safety and uniform requirements:
Work pants

Personal hydration (water)
Hard hat (as required per site)
Willingness to attend required trainings, including:
OSHA certifications
Site-specific safety orientations
Infection control protocols (ICRA-related, if applicable)
Preferred Experience
Fire and water damage restoration
Construction subcontracting
Maintenance and facility services
Installation of walls, barriers, or containment systems
Experience working in healthcare or controlled environments (ICRA knowledge is a plus)
