Acord is seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Service Technician to join our growing team in Eugene, Oregon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working independently, and helping customers solve real-world problems. No prior pest control experience is required — we provide full training and licensing support.
Perform pest control treatments at residential and commercial properties
Inspect properties to identify pest activity and potential problem areas
Apply treatments safely and in accordance with company procedures and state regulations
Educate customers on pest prevention and service recommendations
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Operate company vehicle and equipment responsibly
Follow all safety guidelines and company standards
Provide professional, courteous customer service at every visit
Entry-level position — no prior pest control experience required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage daily routes
Comfortable with physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and working outdoors
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
$19–20/hour based on experience
Paid training and assistance with required licensing
