Our customer in the Mishawaka/South Bend area is looking to add someone in their service technician department in a customer facing role as an Install Technician. They are targeting individuals that are organized, efficient, have practical problem solving skills, and the customer service ability to represent the company while at different locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent mechanical and technical skills, excellent communication, some selling capability, reliable, and self motivated! 

You would not have to come from any specific past role or industry experience as they are highly motivated to teach/train all aspects of the role, but is required to have a mechanical mindset, be able to use a wide range of tools, problem solve through mechanical issues that come up, and be very comfortable working with your hands while providing excellent service to customers.

This is a direct hire role, full benefits, and competitive pay! Day shift hours with potential overtime, and growth opportunities into other roles within the company! This role pays $25/hr to start in the training period and has potential to grow based on experience and service ability.
