Service Technician - Construction - Base Salary to 40.00/hour - King of Prussia, PA

• Our client is a leading construction company specializing in the design and building of commercial pools for a wide range of clients, including resorts, hotels, and recreational facilities. Their team is dedicated to delivering high-quality pool construction projects. Our client is looking for a Service Technician for their Sales/Service construction startup division. This is a field-based Service Technician role supporting commercial pool systems within a 5-hour radius of the office (average travel 1–3 hours). Most days begin and end at the office, where technicians utilize company vehicles to complete service work. Travel projects are required periodically based on seasonal demand and larger service contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Complete service calls and repair projects on commercial pool systems
  
• Submit detailed daily work reports
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities
  
• Operate company vehicle in accordance with safety standards
  
• Support larger seasonal service projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Pool chemistry knowledge, required
  
• Pool operations knowledge, required
  
• PVC plumbing (Schedule 40 & 80 up to 10” diameter)
  
• Ability to complete written documentation daily

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 20.00 - $40.00/hour range
  
• Overtime eligible
  
• Travel bonuses
  
• Annual total compensation range: 50k - 100k (Based on year-end HR reporting, including overtime and travel compensation)
