Synairgy on Maui, Hawaii is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. If you can diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems independently, we offer top pay, excellent benefits, and a company culture that values skilled technicians.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems

Perform preventative maintenance and service calls

Communicate repair options clearly with customers

Recommend system improvements such as IAQ products, components, or replacements

Maintain accurate service documentation

Assist with mentoring junior technicians when needed

Requirements

3+ years HVAC service experience

EPA Certification

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Ability to read manufacturer specifications and service manuals

Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Ability to work in field conditions and varying weather
