What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A/C units, etc.)

Perform routine maintenance, system tune-ups, and component replacements

Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about service needs and recommendations

Accurately document work performed and maintain organized records

Follow all safety and company protocols while keeping a clean, professional work environment

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on field experience in residential HVAC service

EPA Certification (preferred)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Strong troubleshooting skills and a “fix it right the first time” mindset

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
