About the Role:

Join KC Flow Heroes LLC as a Service Technician, where you'll install, repair, and maintains plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You'll ensure that water, drainage, and gas systems operate safely and efficiently. A plumbing service technician plays a vital role in maintaining essential water and sanitation systems, combining technical expertise with hands-on problem-solving to keep plumbing systems running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, low water pressure, or malfunctioning fixtures

Repair or replace pipes, valves, faucets, water heaters, and other plumbing components

Perform routine maintenance to prevent future problems

Use specialized tools and equipment to inspect and fix systems

Read blueprints and follow building codes and safety regulations

Communicate with customers to explain issues, solutions, and costs

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and tools

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Physical stamina and ability to work in tight spaces

Good customer service and communication skills

Basic math and mechanical skills

Work Environment: Plumbing service technicians travel to job sites in a company vehicle, working in homes & businesses. The job may involve irregular hours, including emergency calls, weekends, and exposure to water, chemicals, and varying weather conditions.
