    Job Summary

    As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems. You must be able to work independently, communicate clearly with customers, and deliver top-quality repairs.

    Responsibilities

    Provide professional and friendly service to every customer

    Present repair options and help customers choose the best solution

    Educate customers about their plumbing systems in easy-to-understand language

    Perform plumbing repairs efficiently and correctly

    Troubleshoot issues and test systems for proper operation

    Handle various tasks such as:

    Leak detection

    Tank and tankless water heater service

    Fixture repairs and replacements

    Drain cleaning and line replacements

    Mentor and support apprentices when needed

    Qualifications

    Plumbing experience required (3-5 years but, flexible for the right candidate)

    Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems

    Familiarity with tools and safety protocols

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Strong communication and customer service skills

    Must have your own basic hand tools

    A good driving record is required

    Schedule

    Full-time

    Monday to Friday

    On-call rotation with the team
