Responsibilities

Present options on every call and assist the customer in making the best decision for their home & family

Explain/Educate customers on their plumbing needs at the customer level

Perform drain cleaning in an efficient and professional manner

Competent in all aspects of customer relations, training will be provided for drain cleaning

Housecall Pro software; will provide training

Qualifications

OSHA certification - at least 10 hours

Demonstrated knowledge of proper and safe use of tools and related equipment

Troubleshoot service issues
