The ideal candidate will be eager to diagnose and facilitate automotive repairs using our automotive computer software, and their electrical systems expertise. Responsibilities: • Explain automotive systems issues to customers to ensure a clear, transparent repair process • Examine all vehicle systems such as the air conditioning, engine, transmission, and brake systems with a step-by-step approach • Operate diagnostic equipment to accurately determine the cause of malfunction codes with the vehicle’s integrated computer system • Facilitate customer satisfaction and repeat business by following all manufacturer specifications for vehicle systems repairs • Perform routine maintenance, as needed, like checking fluid levels, rotating tires, and oil changes Qualifications: • Automotive service technology training program completion or equivalent years of experience is required; associates degree is a bonus • Automotive Service Excellence /ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers /SAE certification is preferred • High school diploma or GED is required • Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory Compensation: $34,000-$74,000
