We are a growing residential HVAC company looking for a dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We value quality workmanship, honest diagnostics, and excellent customer service. Service Titan experience is preferred but not required—training is provided.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs efficiently
Use a mobile dispatch system (Service Titan) to manage work orders and invoices
Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and repair options
Complete service documentation accurately and on time
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service vehicle
Follow all company safety and quality standards
Requirements
2+ years residential HVAC service experience preferred
EPA 608 Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently in extreme heat
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Preferred (Not Required)
Service Titan experience
NATE certification
Heat pump or mini-split experience
Residential sales or system recommendation experience
