- Experience in an agriculture equipment service department or an agricultural equipment dealership.
- Expertise with computer system, including MS office and internet-based applications.
- Ability to work seasonally extended hours during the week or weekends.
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle status- current driver’s license, and ability to operate motor vehicle *Ability to travel to company meetings and training events as needed.
You will contribute to our team by: (Duties and Responsibilities)
- Coordinating with the Service Manager to assign jobs to technicians in the service department according to their skill and knowledge.
- Assisting in supervision of technicians and ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service work and billing.
- Maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with the service team, other dealership staff and venders.
- Completing forms for service operations and warranty in a timely and accurate manner.
- Promoting teamwork and communication through effective interaction with team members.
- Managing service trucking and sales logistics.
