About the Role:

Join UNIVERSAL LIFT SYSTEMS LLC as a Service Writer and be the vital link between our customers and our service team! In this dynamic role, you will help ensure that our clients receive top-notch service and support for their warehouse and construction equipment, all while working in a friendly and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Providing high-level customer service by coordinating, scheduling and ensuring repairs and maintenance of customer equipment.

Prepare detailed service estimates for all customer repairs and maintenance.

Managing teams of technicians with accurate Communication to relay customer concerns and service requirements.

Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar efficiently.

Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.

Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Cross train for interdepartmental needs as in assist with ordering parts as needed.

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

Review, Finalize and invoice all completed work orders daily.

Requirements:

Mechanical knowledge of Material Handling or Heavy Equipment.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Knowledge of computer systems and service management software.

Ability to multitask and willingness to adapt to business needs.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, positive demeanor and a team-oriented mindset.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in service writing preferred.
