Appliance repair service writer - to work service counter taking incoming appliance repair calls, assist with trouble shooting suggestions, schedule service calls to the home and sales of parts over the counter. Assist with parts ordering and receiving in of parts. Assist with filing of warranty claims. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Work hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 9:00 to 1:00. Must have excellent computer skills, attention to detail, and good customer relation skills. Must be able to multi-task in fast paced environment.
