Do you thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment where organization and problem-solving are key? Keith’s Appliances is looking for a Service & Parts Administrator to join our growing service team. If you’re detail-oriented, love keeping things running smoothly, and enjoy helping both customers and coworkers, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

Be the friendly voice on our multi-line phone system, connecting customers to the right team members.

Order and receive appliance parts daily, ensuring accuracy in our inventory system.

Track returns, credits, and backorders to keep our service operations on point.

Support our service technicians with the parts and info they need to get the job done right.

Jump in as needed, whether helping a coworker, backing up phones, or assisting customers directly.

What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Comfort with Microsoft Office, order processing, and inventory systems

A proactive, positive attitude with strong communication skills

Someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to be a true team player
