Automatic and Commercial Door company seeking a Service coordinator to join our team! Individual will be responsible for assisting service manager with overseeing and managing all service requests from customers.
Responsibilities:
Accept, dispatch, and monitor incoming service calls .
Telephone answering
Parts tracking
Track calls and update customers on call progress frequently
Establish and build relationships with customers
Establish and build relationships with vendors and subcontractors
Assist with managing field operations with service techs
Inventory tracking
Schedule follow up calls for work satisfaction with customers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in service, dispatch, sales, customer service, or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Familiarity with Quickbooks
Great Multitasker
