    Who we are and what we do:

    General Position Description: Part time position providing and promoting strategic communications between various parties critical to the success and growth of the business. Position will include creating written and print copy, working with local media for radio and creation of marketing and sales collateral pieces. Will create presentations for sales team. Will communicate to clients. Prospects, referral sources, employees, subcontractors and vendors. Will monitor projects and leads and will provide strategic insight for business development team to act on additional opportunities. Will be part of the business development team provide analytical data. Will be part of the front office team working on in bound phone response.

    Reporting Relationship: Business Development Manager

    Working Relationship: Front office Team Sales and Business Development team

    Supervisory Relationship: None

    Job Schedule: Minimum of 3 days in the office 8am-5pm Some work may be able to be done from home to allow for modified in office schedule

    Position Description Amplified:

    Business Development Team Support

    Provide Analytical data regarding sources of leads and jobs

    Instruct team and monitor the critical data gathering process to allow for informed decisions to be made regarding sources of business

    Provide presentations for sales team to use as part of marketing and sales process

    Monitor incoming and past business clients for new opportunities to cross sell or to re touch for future business

    Attend Weekly sales meeting providing critical data, information to business development team

    Insurance Referral Source Development and on going relations in this key business vertical

    Identify on each project the 4-5 critical pieces of information needed to properly determine the lead source, the influencers etc. Be sure all pieces are properly logged to allow for statistical analysis

    Create Case Studies and job review presentations to be presented to insurance agents and adjusters to document success on their projects

    Execute established communications process to current projects including to the customer, the agent, the adjuster and any other critical person to the project to advance our brand

    Enhance relationships with key referral sources including insurance agents. adjusters , property mangers etc

    Identify and develop opportunities to advance the referral relationship with agents, adjusters, property managers ect.

    Establish the critical link to our customers so they know all that we do and how well we do it and allow them to refer and use all of our services.

    Position Requirements

    Recruiting and existing employee communications

    Work with Management Team to develop and execute a consistent recruiting process for bringing in staffing to meet business needs

    Seek out sources for employee referrals and look for opportunities to create a pipeline of for new hires

    Create Collateral materials for promoting staffing

    Develop and execute process to keep employees informed and engaged with the company

    Develop and maintain in house ServiceMaster TV network

    Maintain social media for recruiting and informing

    Create employee newsletter put together quarterly

    Vendor and Sub contractor Relations

    Create and manage program for communications to our subcontractors and vendors to keep them informed about such things as

    Employment opportunities

    Case Studies of types of jobs we do

    Employee news

    Events and Activities

    Social media and Internet communications

    Manage the website upgrades with website company to maintain image and brand of the company

    Manage company social media presence including timely and interesting postings and blog submittals

    Identify and follow up on digital and online online referral, endorsement and testimonial opportunities

    Work to identify and implement opportunities to leverage our social media campaigns into more business opportunities

    Review and report on the dashboard analytics of our ongoing digital campaigns

    In Person and out of office activities

    Communicate with agents in their office regarding projects that we are doing for or with them, Promote future relationship

    Make in person presentations at and for possible recruiting and employee referral sources

    Co ordinate and host out of office business development events such as CE Courses, special promotional events

    Business forms and Marketing Collateral

    Review and update business forms, documents and sales collateral

    Maintain adequate supply of current business documents and collateral materials

    Advertising and promotional events

    Help develop outside advertising and targeted promotional events including some of the following:

    Radio advertising

    Print and other media promotions

    Special Branding Events such as open houses,

    Promote and Administer the In House Educational Marketing program

    Manage the front digital display sign content

    Past , Present and Future Customer Development

    Review new and incoming jobs and leads for opportunities for cross selling, add onsales or relationship leveraging

    Implement campaign to let all prospects, customers and contacts know what we do

    Develop a drip marketing campaign to keep past current and future clients active and engaged with us

    Communicate opportunities to all internal stake holders

    Phone and Inbound communications duties

    Participate in the phone tree rotation making sure we communicate and connect to all phone calls

    Monitor and review recorded calls that result from our web or digital campaigns, Report on quality of call handling

    Develop collateral materials to help improve phone answering efforts

    Develop a boomerang response to get critical information into customers hands immediately after they call in to the office

    Administrative duties and support of Operations

    Help with support operations in the Restoration and Recon dept which might include

    Preparation of contracts and agreements

    Preparation of invoices

    Help with Business spikes in Restoration division
