PART -TIME - ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
ServiceMaster is now hiring PART-TIME ASSISTANT FOR ACCOUNTING working 20 hours a week. We provide the training needed to perform the job. We are seeking an experienced accounting assistant with a strong administrative and accounting background. Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.

Must be able to take and provide instruction, work well within a team atmosphere, balance work load and lead by example.

Job duties include but are not limited to -
• Adobe, Quickbooks , Expresstime, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word• Filing, Data Entry• Assist with Payroll • Accounts receivable, accounts payable• Invoices & statements for customers• Editing for employee's time cards
