ServiceMaster Building Maintenance provides janitorial services to commercial entities. We are located in South Everett. Our office staff consists of 4 people managing many accounts and providing support for approximately 50-65 other employees. We have been in business for 35 years.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence and copying information.
Maintains supplies by checking inventory levels; and placing needed orders.
Serves customers by invoicing and recording payments; answering questions; forwarding messages and maintaining customer files.
Serves personnel by maintaining employee files, answering questions and running payroll.
Serves office staff by creating documents; scanning documents; ordering insurance information.
Work Hours:
9am to 2pm four days a week
Qualifications and Skills:
Basic office skills
Written and verbal communications skills
Microsoft Office software skills
CenterPoint Accounting familiarity is a plus
Telephone skills.
Word processing skills
Attention to detail
Professionalism and dependability
Honesty and flexibility
Education and Experience Requirements
High School diploma or greater
Driver’s license
One to two years office assistant experience
