Job Position Description:

Must be dependable and punctual

Must be able to work independently and not be supervisor by the client

Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them

Must be able to properly handle chemicals

Gather and empty trash

Service, clean, and supply restrooms

Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaner, sponges, and squeegees

Dust furniture, and walls

Drive personal vehicles to assigned building and perform required janitorial tasks

Must Pass Background Check

Must be able to speak fluent English and Spanish is a plus

**Education: It is preferred that you have janitorial experience

Cleanroom experience , medical terminal cleaning experience

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead, reaching forward. Must be able to lift and or carry 25lbs.

Ability to read cleaning instructions

Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
