    Job Position Description:

    This position is responsible for helping maintain excellent customer service, organization, maintaining and filing job files, scheduling, and answering phones. Other duties may be Assigned:

    Assisting Project Managers

    Follow up calls to Homeowners

    Maintaining time sheets and inputting times into specific job files

    Inputting job data

    Organization of files and job information

    Ability to create and manage a daily schedule

    Communication with customers about ongoing jobs

    Communications with our crew

    Cleaning of common space areas including kitchen, offices, bathroom and conference room

    Physical Demands and Qualifications:

    Must have an eye for detail

    Organizational skills

    Fantastic communication and customer service skills

    Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

    The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must

    Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude

    Contribute to the overall team effort

    Dependable

    Knowledge in Microsoft Office
