ServiceMaster Restore by Roth, a leading company specializing in water and fire disaster restoration, is growing and expanding. We are currently seeking an energetic and professionally minded individual to join our team of 25 members to serve our customers well! At ServiceMaster Restore, serving our customers and our team is key, so all applicants MUST be willing to serve our customers and team well! ServiceMaster Restore is centered in the beautiful city of Bellingham, WA and serves the surrounding Whatcom and Skagit counties.
Pay and Benefits: Starting compensation for team leads is $16-17/hr and varies on experience. Pay raises are at 6 months of time served and then increases yearly based on team member performance. Job Duties and Responsibilities: This position focuses on water and mold damage restoration and cleaning. A water restoration technician will need to evaluate and document damage done to properties as well as communicate with homeowners in a professional and compassionate manner. A water restoration technician will also need to remove any standing water and materials that have been affected by the water in effort to restore the home and the homeowner’s belongings. In-house training will be provided. Note: We are currently seeking technicians and lead technicians. Lead technicians must have prior experience working with water damage restoration and possess leadership skills.
Extra details: We provide additional training and certifications to prepare for leading water restoration teams in Whatcom, Skagit and San Juan Island counties. Hours/days are generally standard, but due to the nature of disaster restoration, longer hours can be needed as well as being on-call. On call responsibility is typically one week a month. A typical work week consists of 40-42 hours.
