Project Manager
ServiceMaster is looking for an energetic, self-motivated candidate who will be working in a multifaceted position including duties in the office and in the field.
Essential duties include but are not limited to:
Coordinate service activities for assigned buildings
Ensure that services are performed as contracted and at the intended profit margins
Management and training of crews
Ensure compliance with company policies
Inventory control
Light maintenance of floor care equipment
Qualifications:
Have a working knowledge of safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures related to the cleaning industry
Maintain a clean and organized work space
Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse group of people
Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers
Valid license with clean record required
Demonstrate basic computer skills
