Job Description

We are a large Solutions Provider organization located in Romeoville, IL. We are currently seeking an individual who is honest, organized, hard-working and loves to talk to people.

The purpose of this position is to assist the business development team in conducting activities to support the new business revenue growth. This position will be responsible for assisting the Business Development Manager with day-to-day business development activities as described below.

Activities:

· Develop and Maintain Prospective Customer Database

· Initiate Initial Contact with Prospective Customers

· Assist the Business Development Manager in gathering information for presentations

· Execute Nurturing Campaigns

· Manage Content Development

Skills:

· Prefer experience with Salesforce or any other CRM

· Administrative support experience

· Able to analyse, develop, implement and maintain efficient work flow and processes

· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook,

· Self-directed & Efficient

· Well-organized / detail oriented

· Capable of multi-tasking

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Additional/Enhanced Qualifications

Bilingual: English & Spanish a plus
