We are a growing Commercial Cleaning organization located in Romeoville, IL. We are currently seeking an individual who is Honest, organized, Humble and has extensive experience running the bookkeeping for a medium size family business. Qualified candidates must have excellent analytical, organizational, with reasoning skills, and QuickBooks Premier plus 2024 & an expert in all Microsoft products.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, including preparation of monthly invoices and maintaining client and vendor records.

Running bi-monthly Payroll & paying Payroll taxes

Month-end reconciliation; review for accuracy and prepare monthly financial reports and journal entries.

General Ledger maintenance

Maintain company contracts, vendor, and other accounting files.

Will report directly to the President of the company.

Assist the President with any needs regarding scheduling, meetings, organization, direction, and communication with the staff of the company.

Assist the President with any personal management needs.

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of generally accepted Accounting Principals

Proficient in QuickBooks Premier plus 2024 Accounting Software

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Highly organized and detail oriented

Strong verbal and written communication and strong customer service orientation-Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Additional/Enhanced Qualifications

3-5 years of medium size business bookkeeper experience

Human Resources experience is good but running Payroll thru QuickBooks experience a must.
