This position is for an overnight warehouse custodian that can clean multiple areas in a warehouse setting. We are looking for a dedicated self-starter who can multitask while paying attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures

Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, window cleaning and moving furniture, equipment etc..

Clean all common space areas including kitchen, lobby and break rooms to ServiceMaster specifications

Maintain all supplies (clean towels, mops, refills for chemicals, etc...)

Ensure all lights are off and doors locked at each location

Qualifications:

Reliable Transportation and a valid Driver’s License

Ability to use and differentiate between chemicals

Ability to follow instructions

Ability to use a backpack vacuum and mop and bucket

Physical requirements include bending, stooping, twisting and lifting (50 pounds)

Compensation:$12/hr.

Benefits:$200 sign-on bonus after 90 days of continuous employment* Potential growth / advancement within the company Schedule:Monday - Saturday; 2 days off during the week 6am - 1pm OR7am - 2pm

No call offs or complaints to qualify for bonus
