Rapidly growing service company is looking for highly effective managers:
Education and Work Experience Needed
2- year Associate’s or Technical degree a minimum; Bachelor’s degree a plus
Experience in labor-intensive industry
2 to 5 years experience in people management
A minimum of 3 years of employment with one employer is a must
Skills Needed
Skilled in hiring, firing and performance feedback
Experience in managing to a P&L or expense report
Skilled in establishing performance metrics and beating those performance metrics
Ability to handle demanding customers and manage multiple priorities
Ability to up sell existing customers
Must be able to communicate clearly and frequently both verbally and in writing up and down the chain of command
Proven skills to develop and manage safety programs
Experienced in building, managing and leading a high-performance team
Bi-lingual ability is a plus
Compensation Package
The compensation program is above industry standards
$30k-$40k base salary
Incentive compensation based on meeting and beating some metric goals
Sales commission for up selling
